In my opinion with the globalization that city doesn't exist. We live in a really communicated world, and the a lot of countries take the new good ideas and incorporate them into their cities. For that reason we have many cities that could receive the title of "most important technicity in the world. I'm sorry, my English is not really good and I have a lot of mistakes.
