What makes a "smart city"?
Smart Living and Smart Data Collection and Use
Mar 24, 2015 Tyler B22

I believe that what makes a "smart city" is the practice of living sustainably and collecting data on everyday use in the city and using it to correct for problems in a given system. Smart living would include recycling, walking and biking more, and responsible use of resources at a citizen's residence. Collecting data on traffic patterns and the use of energy resources throughout the city and using this information to correct for issues within a system also makes an given city "smart".
