Actually, I do not think the reward system would be materialized.
The mind mixer is an excellent open innovation platform.
If you, for example, at the end of the course, send via e-mail the complete course lectures as a pdf document but not only as presented in the course lectures @Coursera but also including a little bit of your classroom notes and other articles you think worth to read and include in that pdf document, such an extended course note would help every award winner not only during the course but also in the future.
