existing road width capacity vs existing densities(Mumbai)- an expression towards revising Floor Space Index considering present situation area wise (stereoscopic satellite images may be used for this study / some demographic data and actual survey data may also help verify the study) would require more refining in ideas and methodology

In present situation FSI is fixed in south Mumbai and any relaxation on FSI happens in same scale throughout. Nagdevi Street is one example. Road is very narrow but buildings coming all along it is becoming taller. some buildings are 20 floors plus.
