Some examples: Maps of people who will lend their bike for free, who have extra land someone else can use as a garden, who are going on a trip soon and can let you carpool etc.

Imagine if many people identified certain areas as the ones with the lease bike transportation, then created a network where others could register to get some type of "key" that could be used to unlock any of these people's bikes (like Get Around, but for bikes).
