In Venezuela, especially in Vargas State and the capital city Caracas, slums are the most common or popular way where low-income families live.
Even though the state knows about this situation, it is almost impossible to relocate those families to better places due to the magnitude and quantities or families living in those conditions. It will require a huge plan and the will of the local government to built the substitutes homes for the families in needs.
The problem is further complicated when the rains drench in the city and makes the mountains' crumble, taking home everything that is built into them along the way.
In order to determine the hardness of the soil, particle of RFID in dust mode will be spread and the data transmitted will help to evacuate the families before the mountain collapse.
