How would you use RFID's to improve your city?

More hospitals should use RFID's to track where certain mobile pieces of equipment (such as emergency crash carts) are so they can save time. Also, the standard employee RFID name tags would be useful as well.

I have also heard that, due to the enormous rate of Doctors who do not wash their hands between patients, some RFID name tag systems require Doctors and nurses to stand in front of a sink for a designated amount of time before they are able to move on to the next patient.
