After the Boston bombing I thought how would the emergency responders know how many people where present? How do they identify the victims if there was serious bodily damage and there was no identification? If everyone had some form of RFID on them that could be associated with them I think it could help. When you walk into a building a basic RFID counter updates the number of persons that are present in the building. When you leave it is updated again. People (especially seniors and children) could have RFID ID fobs with basic information; Name, Address, emergency contact. This could be used to ID people during emergencies.
