How should we define technology?
Increase efficiency in urban processes
May 08, 2013 Jonathan M15

We all know that cities, in essence, act as living organisms. They grow, need nourishment, and get old. In the process, every city has certain needs that need to be met in order to survive. Technology can help improve the efficiency in which cities, and the people within them, operate.

I do not think technology should replace aspects of the human element in cities. After all, it's the congregation of humans that make a city a city. But technology can used to make the processes of living in a city easier, less harmful, more beneficial, etc. In doing so, our cities become more efficient.
