How can we engage effectively?
Build Civic Infrastructure
May 11, 2013 Caitlyn H

Like physical infrastructure like our transportation systems, civic infrastructure focuses on the systems that promote community decision making and problem solving at the local level. Civic infrastructure can manifest in many ways - it can be digital arenas for discussing ideas, public places for building social cohesion, and other ongoing structures that help build capacity for problem solving and decision making. Building strong civic infrastructure results in shifting citizens' relationship with government as well as their expectations of government.
