How can new urban technologies have unfair social impacts?
No access - No informed citizens
May 20, 2013 Carmen M4

There is always a part of the population in a city that does not have access to technology because of different reasons that could vary from cost, level of education, age, etc. That people is definitely less informed than those citizens that can manage all kinds of technological tools and access to social networks, world news, more online education (for free like this course), etc. That is why it can be unfair to that segment of society with no access. Although I believe in time that group of people will decrease.
