Has technology improved your interactions with your city?
Starting to so haven't seen much improvement yet

Minnesota (in the US) is known to be progressive conservative (that is, it will adopt new ways of thinking and new tools, just a few steps behind the leaders), so it's starting to use technology but not very well yet. It has a public transit app and bikes to check out, and alternate energy incentives exist, but it's not a "movement". It just sneaks in. It is building and extending lightrail and public transit services though (this is and will be a great improvement). So, some of the technology has improved interactions with the city, but it needs to improve a lot more and become more versatile. And according to the article below, it's listed as an innovator of sorts.
