Asking for directions or pulling out a smartphone are both viable ways of finding your way around a city. However, it can sometimes be difficult to visualize verbal directions. Additionally, smartphone screens can be small and hard to read. Interactive wayfinding kiosks are large maps seen within some cities to assist people within cities and to improve their knowledge of the area.
