On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

Why don't we use the images and videos before and not after?

About this topic, we're just considering the use of pictures and videos as an evidence after the attack has taken place. But, what if videos and pictures could be integrated in real-time as a part of a prevention system that would help identify possible threats and tracking them.
