On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?
vigilante/mob action is a concern

Social media is increasingly used to expose human rights violations, but the social media suspect hunt after the Boston bombing raises concerns about potential vigilante/mob action on individuals wrongly or rightly targeted. This is of particular concern in countries with limited rule of law or inefficient/corrupt police force, as well as countries where citizens have easy access to weapons.
