Used smartphone as a 24-hours vigilant
Apr 28, 2013 Edwin B1

The smartphones can be used 24 hours per day in the crowded areas and the polices could analize this information pre and post and event. So it can be used as a source of usefull information. The problem could be that any citizen would tried to make justice by itself, but if this is used as a tool I consider it could be a great opportunity to decrease crime index.
