On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

Suspects shouldn't be determined by a single picture.

It is good that the citizens want to participate on catching the criminal. Nevertheless, these pictures, by being uploaded to the web, trigger a wave of false accusations. If the person that took the picture thinks that it is a key picture to determine the criminal, that person should go to the authorities.
