On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

I think that the effort and investment in do this kind of video surveillance would be best used on prevent the situation... I mean, the captures shows the suspects after de explosion, they did not avoid the incident... and I'm not sure that intimidates some criminals and actually reduces crime.
