On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

Clearly there are risks and benefits to creating a forum and encouraging people to share photos and videos of public events. In the end the investigators need to vet the information and decide if it's valuable. Regardless people will record public events and others will comment on those recordings. Its a fact of modern life.
