On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

I like the idea of crowd-contributed images and other information, but not on making those publicly shared and available. Fear, anger, hysteria can far too easily lead to "witch hunts" without sufficient investigation. But definitely, the investigating agencies should have ways of collecting and analyzing the information submitted by others - on a large scale.
