On April 15, 2013 there was a tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon. Almost instantly pictures and videos of "suspects" started to appear on the web. Was this a good thing? Do you have concerns?

If you are stopping to take a photo of a potential offender, of any crime say, could you be called to the witness box and your photo used as evidence?! Usually people on the scene of a crime are questioned but if you create evidence to be used in a case (a photo) you may actually be summoned to court perhaps?
